I read Michael's ad in a home buying magazine and after having two other loan "order takers" just give up, I decided to give him a call. Best thing I could have done. Working with Michael is such a great relief because he gets that not every loan is some "cookie cutter, fit the formula" type of transaction. He takes the time to ask questions and find out what the goal of the loan is. In my case it was to unlock equity in other properties so I could better leverage my rentals.
