Michael Luculano is the worst lender ever. Stay away from him. He apologized last time by calling me and I took the negative review away then. Now I’m sure that I was wrong and should not have taken that review off. This guy simply have no manners and doesn’t know how to behave with clients. He will treat you like some beggar. There are tons of other great hard money guys in valley who are very approachable and decent in their behavior. Doesn’t treat you with disrespect like this guy does. I am sure his minions will call me again to take this review off but not this time. He definitely needs to learn customer service. Stay away!

I read Michael's ad in a home buying magazine and after having two other loan "order takers" just give up, I decided to give him a call. Best thing I could have done. Working with Michael is such a great relief because he gets that not every loan is some "cookie cutter, fit the formula" type of transaction.
